Ferrero's Nutella brand has introduced two delicious new ways to enjoy Nutella. The shareable Nutella Biscuits and the individually wrapped Nutella B-Ready. Loaded with the much-loved hazelnut spread, both products has already been launched in Europe for quite some time with great success.
NUTELLA BISCUITS
Nutella Biscuits are delicious, crunchy golden baked biscuits made out of wheat flour and sugar cane with a creamy heart full of Nutella. The product has been around for quite some time, but is a bit hard to find in Malaysia. I bought this from Lazada, but you can also get this from Shopee.
It comes in a resealable bag containing 20 biscuits. The resealable packaging keeps the biscuits fresh for a longer time,. So make sure you reseal the bag tightly after opening to keep the biscuits crunchy.
INGREDIENTS
Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa (40%) (Sugar, Palm Oil, Hazelnuts (13%), Skimmed Milk Powder (8.7%), Fat Reduced Cocoa (7.4%), Emulsifier, Lecithins (SOYA), Vanillin), Wheat Flour (32.5%), Vegetable Fats (Palm, Palm Kernel), Cane Sugar (8.5%), Lactose (Milk), Wheat Bran, Milk Powder, Honey, Raising Agents (Disodium Diphosphate, Ammonium Bicarbonate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Malted Barley Flour, Fat-Reduced Cocoa, Salt, Barley - Maize Malt Extract, Wheat Starch, Emulsifier, Lecithin (Soya), Vanillin
Nutella Biscuits are high in calories, sugar and fat. Each Nutella Biscuit contains 70 kcal. If you lost control and finished a whole bag of Nutella Biscuits in one sitting, then that would be 1,400 kcal in total.
Please note that the product contains allergens such as hazelnut, milk, soy and wheat.
The round golden baked biscuits are engraved with a heart with Nutella sandwiched in between. They appear tantalizing and delicious, and I can ensure you that they also taste as good as they look.
Each bite-sized biscuit is filled with perfect amount of creamy Nutella. With 40% of each Nutella biscuit made up of Nutella, you will get an intense hazelnut flavor with every bite. The biscuits taste like shortbread cookies, but without the buttery flavor. The combination of rich, creamy Nutella and crispy, crunchy biscuits is heavenly. I like that the Nutella is not too sweet and the biscuits are not dry. They are so addictively tasty that I can easily finish one bag in one sitting.
NUTELLA B-READY
Nutella B-Ready is somewhat like Nutella version of Kinder Bueno. It is a crispy wafer shell baked to perfection and filled with delicious creamy Nutella that we all love.
Unlike Nutella Biscuits, you can easily find Nutella B-ready at all major supermarkets, convenience stores and online stores. I bought it from Lazada as well, and you can also find it in Shopee. The snack is available in a single bar or a pack of 6.
INGREDIENTS
Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa (81.5%), Sugar, Palm Oil, Hazelnuts (13%) Skimmed Milk Powder (8.7%), Fat-Reduced Cocoa (7.4%), Emulsifier, Lecithin (Soya), Vanillin
Wafer: Wheat Flour (16%) Baker's Yeast, Powdered Barley's Malt Extract, Salt, Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier, Lecithin (Soya), Wheat Proteins, Whey Proteins (Milk), Water
Just like Nutella Biscuits, Nutella B-Ready also contains allergens such as hazelnut, milk, soy and wheat.
A box contains 6 individually packed Nutella bars. Each individually wrapped treat is 115 kcal and contains 10.4g of sugar. The individual packaging makes it so easy to bring and eat wherever you go.
The Nutella B-Ready is adorably shaped like a mini French baguette and stuffed with soft, gooey Nutella. The wafer shell is light and crunchy, with hints of wheat, which pairs absolutely well with the thick creamy Nutella filling.
As Nutella B-Ready is made up of 81.5% Nutella filling, it is naturally sweeter than the Nutella Biscuits. But it is not overly sweet or heavy. In fact, every bite is pure indulgence as it is an explosion of creamy, nutty goodness that will keep you reaching for more.
CONCLUSION
If you are a Nutella or Ferrero Rocher fan, I believe you would love Nutella Biscuits and Nutella B-Ready too. After all, both are made by the same company, Ferroro, which also owns the brand Nutella. Both products make the perfect break-time snacks and offer a convenient way to enjoy your favorite hazelnut spread on the go.
