Do note that the product contains allergens such as eggs, milk, wheat, almonds and soybeans. Each pack of ice cream contains 365kcal, 3.8g proteins, 19.7g fats, 43.1g carbohydrate and 0.2g salt.
The monaka shells are divided conveniently into a grid of squares, making it easy for you to share with your friends and family. However, for a vanilla ice cream lover like me, I could easily devour the whole thing in one sitting. It is so deliciously addictive!
I especially love the thin sheet of white chocolate graham crackers. It adds a light crumbly crunchy texture to the treat. The white chocolate lining is rather inconspicuous at first glance. In fact, I only noticed its existence after taking the first bite.
From the first bite to the last, you can taste the crispy chocolate at every bite. It feels like I am eating chocolate instead of ice cream. The white chocolate liner inside prevents the monaka wafers from getting soggy. It is not super sweet, and taste a little malty due to the graham crackers. The heavenly combination of white chocolate and graham crackers goes well with the soft serve ice cream and monaka wafers.
Like most monaka ice creams, the wafer shells are tasteless and slightly chewy. The sweetness comes from the filling inside. This is definitely one of my favorite monaka ice cream I had so far!
